It’s a little confusing because you can’t get the under mat without buying a doormat unless you pay extra shipping. I didn’t realize that before purchasing. I was a little annoyed about that but paid it because I wanted the mat. They did give me the option of cancelling.

I didn’t realize this shop also sold doormats, as I just searched doormat rug and this popped up. The seller offers free shipping of the rug with the purchase of a doormat. Since I wasn’t aware of that, there was a small shipping fee that was required, since I was only purchasing a rug. I had no issues paying this and the seller was quick to reach out advise. They were easy to work with and very professional
